Job Responsibilities:
– Setting Project timeline, resources, and budget.
– Managing relations with SMEs/IDs/Freelancers professionally.
– Communicate with clients.
– Review and give constructive feedback to developers/freelancers.
– Contribute to designing learning journeys and programs.
– Master developing one of the following methodologies: instructor-led training kit/e-Learning/video-based programs.
– Regularly update project status and progress to the team leader.
– Document the project milestones and deliverables.
Job requirements:
• 5 Years of experience as a senior instructional designer.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university. (Educational background is a plus)
• Proven experience in one or more of the learner modalities (Video-based/eLearning/Classroom/simulation).
• Excellent proficiency of English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cairo Resident. (Preferably near Sheraton)
