LearnKhana is seeking a highly motivated Senior Video-Based Instructional Designer & LMS Specialist to oversee our video-based learning pipeline and manage our Learning Management System (LMS). In this role, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our training programs, from launch to archiving, while ensuring a seamless experience for all users.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage the complete video-based learning pipeline and LMS platform.
-Oversee the full training program lifecycle, from launching new offers to archiving outdated content.
-Maintain the LMS, including troubleshooting user issues, monitoring help desk tickets, and implementing new features.
-Develop and manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams and external partners.
-Generate platform reports and identify opportunities for process and quality improvements.
-Provide support on special projects as needed.
